Consultations
The first consultation is complimentary. There is nothing to refund and no obligation to continue afterwards.
1:1 coaching programmes
Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
If you need to stop a programme part way through, contact us and any unused sessions will be discussed in good faith, either as a credit or a pro-rata refund.
Workshops
Workshop seats can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the session starts. After that the seat can be transferred to another person or a future session.
Corporate programmes
Refund and cancellation terms for organisational work are set out in the individual agreement for that programme.

Email the request with your booking details and it will be reviewed and answered within seven working days.
