Private coaching

Six months of work on the thing nobody else can do for you

Your team can absorb tasks. Nobody can absorb the pressure of being the person everything routes through. That part is yours, and it is the part we work on.

Dr. Simpi Nanda leading a professional coaching session

Who this is for

  • You are senior enough that the problems arriving on your desk have no clean answer.
  • You deliver on time and nobody has any idea what it costs you.
  • You are quick at work and slow at deciding things for yourself.
  • You have already read the books. Reading was never the gap.

Who this is not for

  • Anyone looking for motivation. This is structural work and the first month is unglamorous.
  • Anyone who wants a plan they will not run between sessions.
  • Anyone hoping their organisation changes without them changing how they operate inside it.

What is different in three months

  • In the hard meeting

You respond at the speed of the situation instead of the speed of your adrenaline.

  • In your decisions

Fewer open loops. The ones that stay open, stay open on purpose.

  • In the room

People settle when you speak, and you are not doing anything to make that happen.

  • On Sunday evening

The week ahead is a schedule, not a weight.

How it works

  1. 01

    Consultation

A short call. You describe what is happening. She tells you honestly whether coaching is the right tool for it. Some people leave this call with a referral instead of an invoice.

  2. 02

    Your roadmap

Mapped to your actual role and your actual pressures. Not a curriculum everybody receives.

  3. 03

    The work

Private sessions, tools you use during the week, and someone checking whether you used them.

Programmes

Three depths

Same method throughout. The difference is how much of it we get to.

3 months

6 sessions, 60 to 70 minutes each · usually twice a month

Best for one specific problem you want solved properly. An acute pressure point, a transition, a relationship at work that is draining everything.

  • Action plan with tools and support between sessions
  • Unlimited email and WhatsApp support for implementation
  • Articles, books and resources matched to your situation

6 months

10 sessions, 60 to 70 minutes each · usually twice a month

The one most people choose. Long enough for the new pattern to survive a genuinely bad month, which is the only real test of whether it held.

  • Action plan with tools and support between sessions
  • Unlimited email and WhatsApp support for implementation
  • Articles, books and resources matched to your situation

12 months

20 sessions · at regular intervals

For a role change, a step up, or a rebuild you want to do once and not repeat.

  • Action plan with tools and support between sessions
  • Unlimited email and message support for implementation
  • Articles, books and resources matched to your situation

Questions people ask first

How is this different from therapy?
Therapy usually works backwards to understand where a pattern came from. This works forwards on how you operate now, at work, under load. Some people do both. If what you are carrying needs therapy, she will tell you on the first call.
I have no time. That is the problem.
Two hours a month, and the first thing we do is find where your existing hours are going. Most people find more than two hours in the first month.
Does my organisation need to know?
No. It is private, and most clients do it without telling anyone.
What if it does not work?
Then you would have wasted real money, which is why the consultation exists. She turns people down.
Do I need to talk about my personal life?
Only where it is affecting how you lead. There is no requirement to open anything you do not want to open.
Is this online or in person?
Sessions run online over video, so you can join from wherever you are.

Start with a conversation

A short call. You talk, she asks, and by the end you will know whether this is your next step or not. There is no follow-up sequence if you decide it is not.
